what wonderful weather! it got a bit chilly last nite, making me feel like it may be time to start decorating for christmas :) i usually wait until the week of thanksgiving to get all that done, but my spirits need a lift, and christmas lights always seem to do the trick!
the bub and i went out for happy meals today and then ate our feast of fried goodness out in the front yard. we had fun enjoying the day - even micah joined us under our big oak tree :) we're in the midst of one of our long, lonely weekends. with sean working late each nite, it seems like the weekends are longer than the weekdays. plus, now that it's dark by 6pm, it always feels later at nite than it actually is. i definitely need to find the christmas lights :)
i've got more to post later but wanted to write a bit while i had the chance!
